    Look. This luggage is.... inexpensive. I have two sets, and they have held up shockingly well. My second set lost a zipper pull after 9 months, however. I figured it'd be less hassle to repair myself than deal with "customer service".

    I was wrong. Couldn't find the parts. Gave in. Emailed. Response within the hour. Three emails over 24 hours where their opening position was replace or refund, and I had to insist on just two parts to repair, and I am set.
    The company's customer service was excellent. Like the product, far better than the price point suggests.
    When the older set finally dies from Abusive Airlines, I will buy a third.

    Two flights so far and they have held up well. I love that all 3 pieces nest into each other and I love the size of the large suitcase. All the wheels worded well either standing up or tipped downward. For the price, well worth it!

    Updating my review bc of the excellent customer service I have received. I never do reviews but I did on this set bc the handle jammed on the large case after the first trip I took. I reached out to the company and they have been super helpful in troubleshooting trying to fix it then offering a refund. They have been very responsive and helpful. I would buy the same Set again.

    Update to my previous review. Coolife reached out to me and offered support on my damaged products. The customer service team was amazing and I am sure if you have issues with a product from them they will be happy to help you. Thank you for your attention to my concerns.
    I received my initial package and one suitcase was broken so I had to return all suitcases for a replacement. New suitcases came in and I held until I went on vacation in Feb of 2023 and got back from my trip with two broken suitcases. Now the return window is closed and no help from Amazon and not response or help from the manufacturer. I am out two suitcases and 200 bucks.
